Send in your deposit soon; the size of this class is limited!
Most Brain Gym instructors teach this course in 24 hours; I have special permission from Brain Gym® International Foundation to teach it in 30 hours. This schedule will give you more opportunity to easily learn and integrate the knowledge. Plus, the small class size allows you
to personalize your application.
Brain Gym® 101 is a movement-based program that helps people of all ages release stress, dissolve learning and performance blocks and magnify success in all areas of life. By integrating the flow of information within the brain and body, learning and performance are increasingly easy and efficient. Brain Gym® allows new levels of achievement and brings back or enhances the natural joy of learning.
Brain Gym® 101 is primarily experiential. Students learn the Brain Gym® tools and techniques through observation and practice. By the completion of this 30-hour course, students can apply their knowledge of 25 Brain Gym® exercises and 11 pre-made Brain Gym® Balances. Additionally, they will be able to create their own Brain Gym® Balances by using a highly-successful template.
Brain Gym® 101 is an entry level course. Completion of the 30 hours qualifies the student to take many beginning and intermediate courses in Brain Gym® and Educational Kinesiology. Go to www.braingym.org to see offerings. Brain Gym® is introductory in nature, yet the skills gained are immediately applicable.
Brain Gym® 101 students thoroughly learn how to do the 25 Brain Gym® movements and how to do Brain Gym® balances. Although there is some scientific information provided, those students wanting a detailed scientific explanation of why the movements are so effective are recommended to enroll for the Physiological Basis of Edu-K. This course also has no prerequisites. (Go to www.braingym.org and look in the level 1 Open to All section of courses).
Even though Brain Gym® 101 students most often are taking this course to learn skills to help others, this course offers a wonderful opportunity for personal betterment. The process of receiving many Brain Gym balances during the course allows students to address and achieve personal goals. The movements of Brain Gym teach your brain and body new ways to help your goals come true. People who take Brain Gym 101 report increased happiness because more of their goals are realized.
